Auburn Housing Authority Programs

Eligibility for most of our programs is based on income and rental history. Rent for Melone Village, Olympia Terrace, and the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program is based on a household's anticipated gross annual income less any applicable State or Federal deductions. Brogan Manor has affordable fixed rents that include utilities. Eligibility for Merriman Circle is determined through a referral process and rents are based on the type of unit being rented (Transitional or Permanent Housing) and the household's income. Credit checks are not conducted for any of our housing programs.
